about casual mornenitg, that's really what I've been trying to do (and will probably continue to do); not necessarily giving somebody the job title of mentor but instead just learning from anybody I can grab who has more knowledgable, experience and usually intelligence that I do. It's true that blogging opens up those opportunities, but I think I'd still try to follow them up face-to-face if I can.Top tip try to hold the camera straight ;) And if you want another new toy, go for an external (directional) mic; the internal one always tends to pick up a lot of traffic noise and made it a bit hard to hear the conversation during that outside interview.
