WE KNOW TALKING CHEAP IS LIMITED TO PEOPLE WITH NO KNOWLEDGE, NO CONFIDENCE WHO HAVE BEEN BRAIN WASHED AND TAKEN OVER BY THE WAR CRIMINALS OF THE WEST.THIS DISASTER CAN HAPPEN TO MANY COUNTRIES INCLUDING THE US. Iranians swheod more confidence and better results than the United States at the time of Katrina disaster where many people died as a result of mis-management and lack of funding. Iranians, in general, don't know what they are talking about. The only thing they are good at is to complain, complain but have no will to do anything and wait for the foreign criminals to solve their problems. You even don't deserve the IR. It is better to shut up and build upyour confidence by obtaining knowledg about something that you know shit.
