Because it's mostly (not alawys) the Republicans who have the most to gain by going to cheap labor overseas. They are the wealthiest members of American society, who just want even more money for themselves. The people in India, etc. will work cheaper, and the corporations don't have to pay for vacation, health care or 401K. The people in these countries are not smarter, better, nor do they work harder than we do. They're simply cheaper. My company has not only fired hard-working people who've dedicated decades to the company; but have forced these dedicated people to train the workers in India on how to do the very jobs they're losing. If they refuse, they're cut loose with nothing. And these cost savings are NOT going to the American people. The money goes to buy some Corporate big-wig another summer home. The Republicans also want to cut jobless benefits. So you don't get employed, and you don't get jobless benefits. This is Corporate America not Barack Obama.
