PLEASE put my question (if it wins) to the scientists, not the simplified, vague question you have produced.. -The political target for limiting temp rise is 2C given that the current rate of warming is substantially less than the rate of waming required to get to 2C by 2050 (or 2040?)when will the world start warming at the 0.3C (average) per decade to hit this figure?(ie emissions are projected to rise, but temps are not following)So at what point do the computer models, suggest that this high rate of warming commences (which is higher than that observed in the 80â?²s and 90â?²s..)
