let me leave my comment as one who is considered to lead the flock. my burning desire to serve not only our barangay has been proven for i had cast my hat twice already. to lead barangay Cogtong with the people whom ive known and feel to love since birth. yet the burning desire deep inside me now has to be awaken once again for a number of reasons. if and when majority of the people in our place could rally behind our cause then so be it. ill do all the best i can to make things happen and that this major project on water system facility could be started asap. its not a promise but a work to do and to deliver. MABUHAY TAYONG LAHAT.
