Hello, blog author! I have stmubled upon your blog and, reading the first blog post and polling about how uncomfortable I am with our school system these days, I decided to leave a comment. I am extremely uncomfortable with the way our school system handles certain issues with children that may arise, ranging from Severe violence (bullying, harassment, etc.) to simple things such as a child who may just not fit in or puzzle piece with others. I was a non corforming puzzle piece child whose parents had no money in highschool. I missed out on many oppertunities because teachers didn't try, or they chose the child whose parents made the most valuable monetary donation.As a college student, teacher, and childcare provider myself I am homeschooling my children before the government abolishes it. No offense to teachers and schools, I just think I can do a better job. Anyone with the resources, and determination to homeschool should do so, in my opinion.
