I know Gill's been relatively sdtaey for the Leafs this year, but I'm not convinced. If their #4 or #5 guy can go play an important role on a contender, why are they so bad? Would Gill even hit the ice for New Jersey, Ottawa or Montreal?He's a big guy and he stays within himself, but he's not a good skater or passer and he's not really very physical. There are a lot of fast, forechecking teams in the East. No one should want to play Crosby and Malkin in the first round, but I don't think the trade deadline has made them much scarier than they were before.
