It would make sense to me that the fact there is less business to go aronud in this economic climate means that any advantage you can use to get ahead of the competition is worth pursuing. However small. The fact is good customer service is paramount and will make the difference between sink or swim. If I am going to spend my money going out for a meal, I am sure I will go to the one that makes me feel like a valued customer. This information struck me as particularly interesting
