I don't see my personal nmseeis - posterior tibial tendinitis......I'd think given the significant number of folks who overpronate and the large number of folks who ramp up their training too quickly (no, nothing like my case) you'd talk more about this nagging problem. I first displayed symptoms in Aug. 2004, really injured myself in Oct. 2004, after PT and several versions of orthotics, I'm running regularly, but 4+ years later I haven't yet gotten back to my old mileage (which wasn't very high) and speed (also not very high), and I have to do trigger point therapy almost daily to control pain (only thing that's really helped besides orthotics). I continue to be determined to go farther and faster and get back into marathoning, but I could use some help!
