it is not only necessary for barangay Cogtong to have its own water system facility but as a matter of dire want, life and need and not all the time under the mercy of the municipal local administrators, Cogtong, must have one that would function 24.7. without the support of the municipal lgu, i strongly feel and highly believe that we can have our own anytime when there is that good leadership wanting to do it.

i remember during my younger years (not too long ago!) cogtong had its own water system. the reservoir was located at mr. Crispin Penaso"s property. it could not supply the whole of cogtong, but i think it was better than having a water system that can be turned off at the whim of a single person. THIS IS UNFAIR TO COGTONGANONS! NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO DEPRIVE COGTONGANONS OF THIS BASIC NECESSITY. in the same context, i cannot understand why a patient has to be asked what barangay he or she belongs. AND if he or she is from cogtong - NO AMBULANCE IS AVAILABLE or you have to ask the permission of a certain PAUL or you have to shell out P2,500.00. WOW! HATRED TO THE MAX FOR COGTONGANONS! isn't the ambulance a donation from the PCSO? for the use of people who are sick? REGARDLESS of what barangay you belong? or what political affiliation you belong? I THEREFORE AGREE WITH ROMEO - WE NEED OUR OWN WATER SYSTEM - OUR OWN AMBULANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
