I'm training to run my first half mhtaraon, and my first race ever is coming up on thanksgiving, which is 9 miles. But there is a problem, when I run long distances I have a tendency to get severe lower adbominal pain which last for sometimes 2 days after my run. It tends to hurt so bad I sometimes feel like I can't move and eating would make it worse. I've been trying to research it but no one seems to have an answer. Please I'm desperate, does anyone know how to solve this problem!!!??
