I keep hearing more and more that cortcanting out (outsourcing) has reached levels of twice that of the current budget deficit. If that is true, why does our governor and legislature continue to want to talk about cutting vital services rather than scale back on much of this overspending on outsourcing for things that COULD be put off until things improve?
