The reason I voted siesrts is the following.The elders are a wide range of different abilities as a missionary. This comes from all the pressure put on YM to go. So the range runs from very good missionaries to total goofball.The Sisters are a little bit older but just as important the tend to self select more. So for a Sister to go on a mission she really has to want to put her 21 year old life on hold and go. So you get better missionaries on average compared to the elders.
