By : Leverage is the biggest issue. The 3% is based on the enirte selling price, thus when the price is reduced by $10,000, the each agent gives up $300, but the seller gives up $9,400.Thank you. This is EXACTLY my point. This is why a 3% full value commission is stupid. This is why I want to use a 15% marginal value commission.
