These pictures make my mouth water! What a great way to get a sevnirg of fruit towards the end of the day. I bet we could find several healthy and tasty variations on this recipe too. From lemon-garlic to fresh ginger the options are endless. Add a few red and yellow peppers and these kabobs could be a NutriSum point all on their own!
