Hate to have to throw this one in but anyone that would be in the miiratly, would have it made. even with power outages and loss of communications, these guys are trained to follow any standing order of command even if down two just two men. They are also armed and their constant field training would give them a ten-fold advantage over just the common man. And it's because the constantly do field exercises like these kinds of games all the time. (no, never in miiratly. just a miiratly brat))
