Do you think it was fair for the highway patrol to report me as being at fault in an accident where I rearended someone who was stopping for a red light? He was stupid, because he could have run the red light, no problem, and made it to the other side before anyone even started. If he had done that, I would have made it too. I admit that I was trying to change my pants while eating spaghetti, but I don?t see how it?s my fault that I hit stupid when he didn?t keep on going during the red light. I need your opinion on this, because I was driving my 96-year-old father?s car when the accident took place. He?s mad at me now and refuses to let me drive his car ever again. I am 73, and I have to drive. It?s my god-given birthright. What do you think?
