I would probably not keep it right now, i would start it back up when you get a stronger network if you only have a dozen people, plus i think too people are so busy they only do some things here and there. maybe when the network is stronger when there are more people you could start it back up. Also perhaps you could do a poll to start up the forum again later. The fact that is costs money, you don't want to keep it up if there are not enough people using it.
