Im pretty sure they do.Stephane Dion is not a leader, nor will he ever be. Stephan Harper may not be perfect, but he is honestly better than the alternative.And lets be honest. It doesn't really matter who is in power, they are not going to keep the promises they make now, nor will they do what everyone wants in the long run.
