I have a reinjury - hasrnmitg tendonitis at the ischial tuberosity. Sitting is painful and I have a desk job. I like to get my run in before work and so this puts me in a time crunch, therefore, not enought warm up and not enough postrun stretches. I am grounded for now because my right leg was weakening. Any helpful suggestions for healing would be welcome. I am using ice and heat, foam roller. I also practice yoga and this greatly hampers me in class.
