Plantar, lanatpr, lanatpr...I've had lanatpr fasciitis for a solid year now ( since April '08) and it's really been a really pain in my ass (okay, it's actually in my foot). I've visited the podiatrist and a sports doctor and tried so many different kinds of cures...ice, night splints, rollers, ibuprofen, and more ice and it still hangs on.The good news is it doesn't hurt when I run, but after a run and mornings can be rather uncomfortable.I refuse to stop running for an extended period of time, so I guess I'll just keep plugging away at it.
