I too have struggled with being ubnale to figure women out. They just think so different from us. But my perspective changed as I was reading The Masculine Mandate. The mystery of the opposite sex is part of what keeps marriage fresh and exciting. Also, God has His reasoning for making it so difficult for us to understand each other. Simply, it drives us to our knees and to His throne. Yes, a marriage will be frought with misunderstandings, hurtful words, and confusion. But in a good marriage, there will be just as many reconciliations, healings and understandings.As for not showing emotions, that's just the ways guys are. But there is nothing wrong with doing so. Jesus wept. Such a simple verse that people overlook just because it's short. But this verse teaches that it's okay for men to cry when they're sad. It doesn't mean you're gay or not a man. Just doing what is expected.
