I admit that I wish a lot of people Happy Birthdays and Congratulations on finred's FB walls, however, when it comes to sympathy and condolences I prefer to speak to the person face to face or via a private message(depending upon the whereabouts of the individual). I don't have a lot of people's phone numbers and do not talk much on the phone or text(phone=family use) so FB is one of the only ways I can get a hold of some individuals and give them well wishes . I've been working very hard on staying away from FB as much as possible. This definitely makes me think I ought to write more personal messages over wall posts.
