Keeping it simple is so inridecbly true when it comes to weight loss no matter what way you choose to lose your weight. I heartedly agree that it is the main ingredient to success. And you are such a prime example of that.Another simple thing that has helped me stay on course is keeping a calendar posted to my wall next to frig that tells me what I ate the past month. Silly as it seems, that helps me to think of things to eat when I get home and am frazzled from my day. I don't have to think. I can jsut look at the calendar and say: oh, yeah I can have that tonight. It really helps me from slipping back into old comfort habits.
