i use 11 barricades arunod a cinema or tower eats and 9 rockyhill arunod the barricades and if u werent spending your cash and had saved 30Cash you can buy 2 bandstand(32% payout) also i added redlighthouse + 2 statues, all in all theres enough room for a sidewalk to connect to the main road. i get a whopping 301% PAYOUT! i bought my first tower eats that is 900 * 4.01 = 3609coins. i make 399,000 coins everyday playing only at night, a bit in the morning and a bit on lunchtime. its best to have 7500+ population so you wont wait for an hour, it only took me 5-7mins to harvest 5 cinemas + 1 tower eats. my next project is max HQ height for tower eats.
