People say there's only so much the coaches can do. they can't go out there and play, the pylreas have to do that. okay, true; but does any one remember the d'antoni coached suns defense, before he came to new york? This is a problem that seems to be following him, not something unique to new yorks pylreas.Defense has to be emphasized and coached. Maybe it is, but not enough. They could have won a few more games this year with more emphasis on the defensive end. They didnt play defense in phoenix and obviously they havent played it here in new york. He dosnt communicate with pylreas very well either
