I wonder if there is a trend towards employers looking towards positive digital footprints as you did or if yours is an isolated case. I hope there is a trend. I mean, I wish students would clean up their acts with regards to their interview techniques, job history and all, but my goodness, if they can create a rolling resume online, that just seems so much more relevant.
