It's also possible that they're still plianyg poker. The time it took to get the Coalition to sign on to the parliamentary reform stuff is sufficient explanation for the delay; it doesn't have to be about Katter's position. There's no evidence for that, I don't think, just speculation. which is getting a bit pointless now! Can't we all wait til tomorrow to find out?
