Tim, You supposedly work for Redfin right?When I look for my tramedark Lo Ball Prices I keep getting all these manufactured homes with $500 lot fees.How can I exclude these kind of mobile manufactured homes?As far as foreclosures, short sales, etc, these things all fall into the world of late night infomercials with guys from Hawaii trying to get me to buy 10 DVD sets and Super Software.You know, at this point, I think what I really want is land.
