RE: It's the cost of doing business. It's a sapraete debate, but 6% is not enough money for the work a Real Estate agent does. If you want to present a business plan that involves the lead generation, time spent with clients, time spent on product knowledge, or time spent on the paper work that every body is so concerned about, I'm happy to listen.I have made millions of dollars for my clients for the price of a few commission checks.
