Maxine Mary. I apologize for the inevnocnience. I am the site admin I have been getting this feedback from some people. But I also checked with a few other customers who have been able to download successfully.We are not the company who make the software, but having had great feedback we had published this news. But having heard from 3 of you, I have decided to notify future readers not to attempt downloading this anymore.Meanwhile, please try to contact the original company that let you download the software ask for a refund if you have truly not been able to install. Unfortunately, I doubt if they will refund in case there are issues with the download speed or your computer.I have also written to them asking for an explanation. If I do not hear from them, I would at least take this article down in the interest of all.
