Not sure if I am supposed to conmmet here my biggest obstacle is motivation. I'm not lazy I work full time and am a single Mom. It's the motivation to get up early to do it. I was always very active and even though I cannot afford a gym or go to one, I can run, lift weights, do videos, etc. I have a gorgeous treadmill. It's getting up early to do it. I don't buy not having time as an excuse- anyone can get up earlier.
