By :Which agent should the slleer pick?I would do a little research to get my own sense. But let's say I pick agent #2 because I think he had the best sense of the market, as well as being aligned with my personal priorities of time vs. money, etc.Then I'd offer agent #2 a 15% selling agent's commission, but only on the portion of the sales price that was above $80,000. An $80k sale would net the agent nothing. A $120k sale would net the agent double his usual commission.Are there any takers on this deal, of the agents on this blog? Rate this comment: 0 0
