I spend about 10 hours a week compiling sttiastics on foreclosures, short sales, absorption rates, average home prices, home prices and foreclosures for the last 10 years.I only post a couple of threads per month. Mostly about sttiastics.I do this so I know my market place. So I know what is going on in the market by studying the numbers. Some of which Tim doesn't do. Tim does an excellent job and he was actually my inspiration to cover more stats for Snohomish County. Then I take that information and make graphs and post it so that others can become knowledgable.
