For me, I need to lose a lot of fat off of my body. I'm looking at being rhuogly 185lb with just fat loss, because that would put me at a healthy percentage. After that, I want to put on muscle on my butt (level two hockey butt, if you've seen that talkey blog), my arms, my chest and my abs. I would prefer to keep my shoulders proportional, but the only downside is that I have very broad shoulders naturally that make it hard to find clothes that fit, so if they get bigger, I'd be screwed.
