to me is, You need to STOP running for a few weeks. I might slow down but stop?# Hitting the wall. I don't think that in the many mrhntaoas that I have done, I haven't hit the wall. Maybe I'm not hitting the wall correctly?# Failing to achieve my goals. I've had an ultra on my list for 3 years. I might actually get to race one in two weeks.# Falling behind my training partner or group. I just joke, Hey, you're making me feel like the fat kid in school and then find a different group!I guess Failing to achieve my goals would be the worst. After all, they are my goals. Failing them would be a direct refection of me.
