this is the bottom and anetohr person says no, it isn't .My basis for believing prices would drop was based on income levels. Results have been consistent with my model. My model predicts future drops, but because I don't have very good data on income I don't know exactly where the bottom will be. And I accept that I might be wrong.The great thing about this though is that we aren't arguing about religion or something else unknowable.
