The problems with short sales seem to be better known than the first first-time homebuyer credit was! ;-)I do require that the client sign a notice that they are aware of some of the problems that might arise, such as having to pay some costs they wouldn't ordinarily pay as a buyer, having the seller become unwilling or unable to perform and the if that those problems occur after they have given notice on their tenancy, they may have problems themselves.
