Well consider that my last graph for King County rdnseeitial properties from February showed 1,602 short sale listings, and on average only about 100 close per month, I'd say it's a crap shoot.I think the MLS should put a new rule in place. Can't list a short sale unless prior written approval from lender.We have a short sale listing with lender approval, that's pending. We have direct communcation from lender.
